Slept in a bit and stayed away from the killer crossfit open WOD. Breakfast at 1030 was 4 blocks 2 eggs 3oz chile. Sausage with veggies and 1 tbsp sunflower seeds and 1 cup grapes Lunch at 1400 was4 blocks 4 oz turkey breast with 3 cups salad and tahini More importantly...weighed in another 2 lbs down...let the cheating commence! Cheat meal! Verimente Italiano! Garlic knots! Mozzarella en carroza! Chicken Siciliana with fried eggplant and linguini! STUFFED! |
