slept like a log for once. 8 hours, rose 0900 0945-2 blox-2 eggs, 6 almonds, 1 orange, 16oz h2o 1300- 4 blox-4 oz fresh turkey, 2 tbsp guacamole, cup grapes, 14 cherries. ...and then I was bad....one bad meal before the real 45 days begin!

Rest day Woke up at 10:30am, had 9 hrs of sleep. Took synthroid (112 mcg) 17oz water 11 am Breakfast - 2 eggs (2 blocks protein) - 14 cherries (2 blocks carbs) - 1 tbsp guacamole (2 blocks fat) - 17oz water 3pm Lunch (3 blocks meal) - stuffed cabbage with chicken and rice -17 oz water 6pm Dinner - at my uncle's - Unmeasured - sushi salad and eggplant rolls - 17 oz water - took multivitamins, fish oil, vitamins C and D Total water: 68oz 0830-4 blox-2oz cubed beef brisket, 2 eggs,1c onions, pear, coffee,tsp EVCO 1300-4 blox-4 oz jerk chicken, 2 cups red cabbage slaw (has carrots, raisins, onion, vinegar, EVOO) 32oz h2o
Woke up 5am - feeling great. 7 hrs sleep 6am multi vitamin 7am amrap - loved it 830 - 3 eggs protein, 3 cup strawberry & 3 tbsp avocado 12 - 6 oz raw fish, Kani salad, 3 tbsp avocado 6pm - 4 oz ground beef, 4 cups strawberry, 4 tbsp avocado Ran - 2 miles 170oz water slept 7 hours, rose 0800. Went to bed 2300 but couldn't fall asleep. Had to go into NYC for work, so no WOD 0845-3 blox-3 hb eggs, 9 cashews, 6 dates, 16oz h2o, supplements 1100-coffee 1300-ate lunch at restaurant. Choice wasn't too bad-5 blocks turkey, string beans, broccoli on side, no bread, tomatillo sauce for flavor, 32oz h2o 1600-2 blocks, 2oz chicken, cooked veggies, fruit bar, 2 Mac nuts. 2000-went to blue ribbon tavern with the wife and friends. I ordered the grilled chicken ceasar salad, no croutons and had three hot wings. 5 blocks maybe. 16oz h2o and a diet coke
Day 19 - no post from any of the slackers! Seriously guys?!?!? SO DISSAPPONTED! 👿 Seems like Nat is winning all the money.

Took synthroid (112 mcg) 17 oz water 6:30am - Pre-workout 6:45am AMRAP WOD 1 5 rounds - 1 full clean, 1 split jerk WOD 2 20 min partner AMRAP - 40 m farmers carry 50# each hand - 10 cal row - 10 GHD sit-ups - drank half of protein shake (14 G protein) 8am Mobility class - 17oz water 9am Hero WOD - tough one 😁💦 10:40am Finished the other half of PW protein shake (14 G protein) 11:30am Breakfast - 17 oz water - 2 eggs (2 blocks protein) - 14 cherries (2 blocks carbs) - 6 almonds (2 blocks fat) 4pm Lunch (unmeasured) - mom's cooked, all paleo though - spinach-egg soup with pork (we call it green borsch in Ukraine) - 17 oz water 9pm Late Dinner - out - unmeasured

Took synthroid (112 mcg) 17oz water 4:30am - preworkout 5am AMRAP - too much cardio! 😁💦 6am - PW shake (14 g protein) 7am Breakfast - 17oz water - 2 eggs (2 blocks protein) - 14 cherries (2 blocks carbs) - 1 tbsp guacamole (2 blocks fat) 10am Snack - 17 oz water - 2oz steak strips (2 blocks protein) - 1 c watermelon (2 blocks carbs) - 6 cashews (2 blocks fat) 12:30 pm Lunch - 2 oz grilled chicken (2 blocks protein) over 4 c mixed salad w/ cranberries 1 c cherry tomatoes (2 blocks carbs), 1/2 tsp seeds (2 blocks fat) - 17 oz water 3:30pm - pre-workout
4pm AMRAP Strength class 12x3 speed press - orange band - got 58# Conditioning: 5 rounds of: - 10 cal air bike - 10 hotizontal ring rows - had a maple bacon donut, my last treat before the challenge 7:30 pm Dinner - Out - Unmeasured 17oz water - kale/cabbage salad with prosciutto, pears, and nuts - cheat meal - margarita pizza Took multivitamins, fish oil, vitamins C & D. Total water: 85oz Chad is fading fast! rose 0615, 5.5 hours sleep only, still can't get used to going to sleep early. 0630-1 block-hb egg, 5 olives, 7 cherries, 8pz h2o 0700-WOD-pretty solid, although only ring rows instead of muscle ups. 24oz h2o 0845: 3 blox- 3 eggs, cup red cabbage slaw, 1.5tbsp guac, pear, supplements rays favorite coffee? 1230-2 blocks-2oz cubed lean brisket flat, 6 almonds, cup grapes, 16oz h2o 1330-3 blocks-3pz lean brisket flat, 14 cherries, 9 almonds, 16oz h2o 1800-5 blox-5 oz jerk chicken breast, 2 Tbsp guacamole, 3 cups cooked celery, carrots, parsnip, 32oz h2o
