Interval rowing at 0700, a few friends showed up to try out AMRAP also, always fun to watch them suffer! LOL! Breakfast at 0850 Was half assed 2oz chicken, dunked in some hummus with some dried pineapple as I ran out the door to a fire call. We had another more serious fire call am hour after that one so I didn't eat enough, just two cups of coffee until later At 1400 I had my first real meal, 2-3 cups salad, 6oz chicken breast tossed with lemon juice, tahini and a banana AMRAP at 0700, breakfast at 0850 Was 4 blocks 2 eggs 4oz chili with peppers and onions. 1 cup papayaB4 macadamia nuts Took two 2 block snacks with me for the rest of the day at 1200 had 3oz salmon burger with an apple and 6 almonds. At 1600 had 2oz chicken, 3 almonds and cup grapes Dinner at 1900 was 6oz organic chicken franks mustard with 2 cups sauerkraut, cup strawberries and 4 almonds |
