Paleo chicken wings and kale
Came home starved from strength despite my small snack...ate literally a small bite of the just finished chicken and a Evco pack..no photo...I will be back Saturday night! Game plan as I am headed back for strength clAss. Oz jerky, 1/2c org mixed berries, sea snax Friday night and Saturday food prep for the family and I! Can't log then on our sabbath! I don't eat it all lol! Pan seared sea bass Huge green salad Homemade tehina Homemade chicken soup Cut up asst veggies; peppers, cucumbers, cherry toms, sugar snaps Roasted broccolini & mini peppers Roasted baby bok choy and carrots Garlicky zucchini noodles Pan seared turmeric chicken Crockpot roasted ribs Egg salad w schmaltz and gribenes Leftover sweet potato/carrot/ pear bake Massive bowl mixed berries, sliced kiwi and mixed skinny sliced citrus Midday meal: green salad w 4 oz wild smoked salmon, 1/2c evoo garlicky zucchini, 1/4 red palm roasted carrots and baby bok choy, c homemade thin coconut milk! Tough loading week a at AmRap. I love loading week but it is exhausting. Wimped out on the back squats today kept it light so I can keep coming back,maybe I have matured a bit and learned how to check my ego at the door. 4 oz turkey burger, apple, 8 almonds. Cindy's car was leaking trans fluid had to drive her to work ao no 0700 AMRAP WOD. Made it to the 0930 instead (late ouch). Back squats...need to get lower! Rowed 4539m in 20 minutes best time yet...maybe because I ate breakfast first at 0900? 4 blocks 2 eggs 3 oz smoked salmon with 1/2 cups salsa all scrambled together YUM. Apple and 12 almonds. Lunch 1300 hrs 4 blocks - 6 oz fresh salmon, 2 cups zucchini, 12 cashews, 1 cup raspberries and 64 oz h2o |
