Slept 6.5 hours up at 0630 and made the 0700 WOD. Couldn't run more than 100m with the medicine ball. Cash out was 5k row, completed in 22min30sec. Not bad but Esther had to finish in under 22...figures. Meal1@0930, 4 blocks, 3oz chicken sausage, 2 eggs, onions, sriracha, pistachios and pineapple. Snack1@1230, 1 block, 1.5oz salmon, 3 olives, 1/2 cup grapes Meal2@1730, 6oz chicken meatballs, left over spaghetti squash, olive oil, broccoli and 1/2 pear Went walking with Cindy 1 mile Snack 2@2130, 1block, 1hb egg, 3 almonds forgot the carbs Drank 96oz h2o all day, took supplements including betastax before morning meal Huge breakfast cause I had cut back protein and find myself needing more....well and the turkey was freshly roasted an I has the scraps after slicing! That's my story.....c veggies from roasting pan, 1/2c blueberries an cukes, 1/4c fermented carrots Slept 5 hours up early for work, couldn't go to 0700 WOD Snack1@0630, 1 block hb egg, 3 olives, 1/2cup pineapple Meal1@1000, 4 blocks, 3oz chicken sausage, 2 eggs and onions, 12 almonds and an apple. Made the 1230 lunch express WOD...that prowler sucks the life right out of you! Meal 2@1600, 3 blocks, 3oz chicken breast, 9 almonds, grapes 1800 walked a mile with da wife, then ran 400m at the end of the walk. Meal3@2000, 4 blocks 6 oz smoked salmon, 2 cups spaghetti squash with garlic infused olive oil and 1 cup grapes Didn't drink enough |
