Meal 1@0730, 4 blocks 2oz steak, 2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms and spinach. Pear and Mac nuts.
Snack 1@1030, 1 block, 1.5oz salmon burger piece with 5 olives and 3 dates.
Meal 2@1230, 4 blocks, 1.5oz salmon burger, 3oz chicken breast, 15 olives, baby carrots, salad and a grapefruit.
Snack 2@1530, 2 blocks 2oz chicken breast, leftover carrots and olives, 6 dates.
Meal 3@1800, 4 blocks, 6oz grilled salmon, orange pepper, 2tbsp hummus.
