12pm Lunch (3 blocks ea) - 3oz canned tuna over spinach salad with avocado and tomatoes w/ EVOO. Orange, 9 almonds. Breakfast: 2nd puerh tea, c steamed broc/zucchini , 5oz baby bok choy, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1/4c kraut, 2.5T avocado! 5:45am Breakfast (3 blocks ea) - 2 egg omelette with broccoli, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, 1/4 avocado. Coffee with almond/coconut milk Slept only 5 hours, up at 0500 to get work done before spending 8am-4pm at code refresher training all day...zzz Did not work out but packed all my food so I didn't eat all the crap Meal1@0730, 3 blocks, 3 fried eggs with 2 tbsp guacamole and Serrano peppers and an apple. H2o and supplements. Snack 1@1030, 1 block, hb egg, 4 dates, 3 almonds Meal2@1230, 4 blocks, 4oz turkey, 12 almonds, pear and 3 cups salad. Snack2@1530, 2 blocks,'2oz turkey, 6 dates, 6 almonds Meal3@1830, 4 blocks, 6 oz scrod with lemon and dill, 12 olives, baby carrots. Drank 64oz h2o 8:40pm Dinner (3 blocks ea) - 4.5oz baked flounder filet with mango-peach salsa, broccoli sprouts, cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado |
