Did not work out but packed all my food so I didn't eat all the crap
Meal1@0730, 3 blocks, 3 fried eggs with 2 tbsp guacamole and Serrano peppers and an apple. H2o and supplements.
Snack 1@1030, 1 block, hb egg, 4 dates, 3 almonds
Meal2@1230, 4 blocks, 4oz turkey, 12 almonds, pear and 3 cups salad.
Snack2@1530, 2 blocks,'2oz turkey, 6 dates, 6 almonds
Meal3@1830, 4 blocks, 6 oz scrod with lemon and dill, 12 olives, baby carrots. Drank 64oz h2o
