Wahta, carrots sticks, 1.5oz beef jerky
Slept 6.5 hours, made the 0700 WOD at Ray and Suzanne's salt mine. Squat, run, squat, run etc. front squats tough today no shoulder mobility! Meal 1@0840, 4 blocks, 3 eggs 1.5oz smoked Alaskan salmon with onions, 1/2 avocado and an apple. Snack1@1200, snack2@1530 were identical, 2 blocks, 2oz chicken, 6 almonds, cup grapes Meal2@1800, 4 blocks, 6oz smoked Alaskan salmon, 12 fat olives and a ton of zucchini with gahhhhlic powder. Drank 80oz of h2o and supplements. Adding betastax to supplements again. Day 52 woke up starved, far too early too!
