Dinner: 3.9oz leftover smoked turkey, 1/2c cukes, 1/2c carrots+2c beet greens sautéed in tsp evco, sea snax, nectarine Lunch: 3 oz roasted chicken w homemade mustard, sautéed if tsp avo oil w 1/4c scallions/3c collards, apricot, 1/2c mango, seaweed Post 330 class: wahta, plum, 1.5oz jerky, sea snax Then when I got home small piece of fresh grilled tuna and cod--maybe 1.5oz, 3 apricots, tsp Evco Being very conscious tonight and tomorrow 6/20 Breakfast: c parsnip in tsp Evco w 2 eggs, few fermented carrots, tea Post training Shake: banana, 2carrots, supps in water Lunch: 2.5 oz smoked turkey breast, 1/2c blueberries, green salad, tsp evoo, 2 apricota Breakfast - Paleo pancakes with blueberries and half banana, coffee with almond/coconut milk Lunch - 3oz baked tilapia with broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (baked on coconut oil). 1 orange Dinner - 3oz beef burger with side spinach salad with avocado and cherry tomatoes w/ EVOO |
