I slept 8 hours, got up and walked a sad mile. 0900-3 blox-3 eggs, 1c onions, 10 spicy olives, mushrooms, jalapeños, coffee, 16oz h2o, EVCO 1400-3 blox-3-1.5pz meatballs, 2 cups mini diced salad, tbsp EVOO, 1/2 white peach, 16oz h2o prepped healthy paleo food for the week.....spicy jerk chicken breasts, and a prime beef brisket, salad, red cabbage vinegar slaw, HB eggs etc 1830-Dinner with the inlaws-5-6 blocks-Chinese food! Steamed chicken with mixed veggies and cashews, 32oz h2o

Rest day - party day Woke up at 6:30am, had 8 hrs of sleep. Took synthroid (112 mcg) 17oz water 8am Breakfast - 2 eggs (2 blocks protein) - 1 cup tomatoes, 3 c mushroom (2 blocks carbs) - 6 almonds (2 blocks fat) - 17oz water 11:45pm Snack (2 block meal) - kale salad with cherry tomatoes, turkey, pumpkin seeds - 17oz water 2pm Lunch (about 2 block meal) - grilled chicken over kale salad with avocado and cherry tomatoes -34 oz water admitting - had some pizza and of course birthday cake.
No dinner. 17oz water Took multivitamins, fish oil, vitamins C and D. Total water: 102oz Slept until 0830, 8 hours sleep! 0900-4 blox-2 eggs,3oz chicken sausage, 1/2cup onions, 2 clementines, 2 tbsp guacamole, supplements, coffee 1230-3 blox- 4.5oz sardines in EVOO, 2 cups salad diced small, lemon juice, 32oz h2o 1600-1 block-1.5oz meatball, 1/2c grapes, 3 almonds, 16oz h2o 2030-3 blox-6oz chili over 1 cup mashed cauliflower, tbsp EVOO, 14 cherries, 24oz h2o
Woke up at 5:30am, had 7 hrs of sleep. Took synthroid (112 mcg) 17 oz water 6:30am - Pre-workout 6:45am AMRAP WOD 1 30:30 for 12 - 1 clean, 2 press jerk WOD 2 15 min AMRAP - 15 m lunges with 65# barbell on back - 20 box dips - 100 m run with 35# KB - drank half of protein shake (14 G protein) 8am Mobility class 9am Hero WOD - I'm back to doing rope climbs yay!!! 😃 10:00am Finished the other half of PW protein shake (14 G protein) 10:30am Breakfast - 17 oz water - 2 oz steak tips (2 blocks protein) - 1 banana (3 blocks carbs) - 6 almonds (2 blocks fat) 2pm Lunch (at the party) #unmeasured - burger with ketchup, some sausage with peppers and onions, Brussels sprouts and tomatoes - 34 oz water - admitting... I had a small piece of icecream cake and a cupcake. 6:30pm Dinner (unmeasured) - mom's cooked - Ukrainian borsch with pork - 6 almonds (2 blocks fat) - not pictured - 17oz water Took multivitamins, fish oil, vitamins C and D.
Total water: 85oz slept 6 hours, rose 0600 0615-1 block-hb egg, 1/2 c grapes, 3 almonds (1P,1C,1F) 0700-WOD...struggled badly, couldn't do OH squats due to shoulders too tight. Rowed 20 minutes 4200m for cashout. 24oz h2o 0845- 3 blox-2 eggs, 1.5oz leftover Genoa salami, 1/2c onions, 10 kalamata olives, 1/2c mushrooms, 1/2tsp EVCO, clementine, 16oz h2o(3P, 3C, 3F) 1300-2 blox-3oz chicken sausage, tbsp guacamole, 14 cherries 1900-Dinner out with da wife! She wanted sushi. I did very well! Had an avocado salad, then sashimi and sushi with no rice, spicy tuna and salmon on cucumber. 64oz of h2o easily. Guessing (6p,4F,not enough carbs)

Got 6 hrs of sleep 😊. Took synthroid (112 mcg) 17oz water 4:30am - preworkout 5am AMRAP - Birthday WOD 🎉💪🏻🎉💪🏻 - Needed 4 more pull-ups to finish the WOD, if I only had those extra 30 seconds 😁. 4pm AMRAP Strength 5x10 sumo deadlifts - got 245# Conditioning 12 min partner AMRAP - 25 KB swings - 200 m run 8pm Birthday Dinner - out (unmeasured) - grilled salmon with veggies and potatoes, ate half of the portion, saved the rest for tomorrow. Had a small piece of birthday gluten free cake... Took multivitamins, fish oil, vitamins D & C. Total water: 102oz |
