green salad, 2 HB eggs, T avo, 4 olives, 1/2c roasted beets, small plum (2 blocks), hibiscus iced tea
2 egg frittata made 3 days worth w 6 eggs and measured out veggies including red onion/celery/fennel/zucchini /celery and coconut milk, 1/4c fermented veggies, tea I will be away for the day, traveling by car to ny nephews wedding out of state so I prepped all my food to take along! My other meals for the day are 1.5 block ground beef jerky w 1/2apple, 6 olives x2 Green salad w 2oz smoked brisket, sour pickle, small Pluot, c steamed carrot in 1/2t Evco 2 mash HB egg w 2T avocado, yellow plum, cucumber , romaine 1/3c mashed white sweets w t Evco, fermented carrots, 2oz smoked turkey, plum Not sure when I will eat which meal (aside from frittata for breakfast! i overate a lot and haven't done that in a long while. YUCKSlept 0000-0700, 7 hours. Drove Cindy to work again, had cup of coffee. 0830-AMRAP...not bad except I run like molasses but rowing was decent. 0945-had to hustle into NYC for business, had a 3 block paleo protein shake, banana, 9 cashews, supplements. About the worst smelling shake I ever had. Tasted like freeze dried rotten beef with vanilla powder. 1400-Grabbed lunch on the road-4blox-gyro meat with 2 cups salad and olive oil over them, apple, no bread! Not bad for being unprepared. 16oz h2o 1800-meal3-4 blox-made and 8 block "wok luck" dinner for Cindy and I and split it-4oz leftover smoked brisket,3oz leftover smoked pulled pork, 1oz bacon, 5 cups broccoli&zucchini, 1 cup onions, 1/3cup carrots, 2 tbsp Mac nut oil and some pickled ginger all wok'd up and split in half. 16oz h2o 2100-snack 1-1 block-1/2cup raspberries, hb egg, 6 pistachios 2pm 3 oz smoked wild char, 1/3c sweets (mash), c cukes, 2T avo, 1/2yellow plum, pickle juice (2blocks) Screwed up day from hell. Cindy's car still not fixed us I had to drive her to work at 0730. Slept 7 hours 0000-0700. Got called into part time job early at 0830 due to car into house so no WOD and had a busy day right up until 1730. 0930-meal1-2blox-grabbed 2 hb eggs, 6 cashews and 6 dries apricots on the way out the door. Supplements, coffee and h2o. Didn't eat anything else until... 1800-meal2-5 blox-5oz smoked brisket, 1/2 avocado, 2 cups salad, 1/2 banana, 32oz h20, 500mgC and 1400mg fish oil pill
2.8oz home-smoked turkey breast (and a small piece of carcass neck) 1/2 Evco pack, c spaghetti squash, green plum Lunch: 2 eggs fried in 1/2t evoo on a bed of mixed green salad w 1 golden kiwi, 1/2 home fermented pickle and a glass pickle juice! |
