Cash out I actually jogged 2 miles in 25:41 0900-meal1-4blox-2 eggs, 3 oz chicken sausage, onions, Olives, 1.5 cups raspberries, finished 32oz h2o, supplements 1200-snackpak1-1block-1.5oz imitation crab stick, 4 apricots, 6 pistachios, 16oz h2o 1500-snackpak2-1block-hb egg, 3 almonds, 3 dates, 16oz h2o 1830-meal2-4 blox-6oz broiled wild sockeye salmon marinated in lemon & lime juice, fresh ginger, thyme, pepper. 3 cups red cabbage steamed with vinegar, 1/4 avocado. 1/2 apple, evening supplements and 16oz h2o Slept a ton 2200-0800 10 hours zzzzzz! 0820-meal1-4blox-3egg omelette, same as day before, 1.5 cups fruit, 1 sausage link, coffee, 20oz h2o 0930-used treadmill at hotel ran 1.25 miles at 4mph and walked a bit for cool down. 1200-snack1-1block-1oz beef jerky, 3 almonds, 3 dates, 16oz h2o 1530-snack2-2blocks-hb eggs, 6 almonds, dried banana. Cindy bought f-ing Krispy Kreme donuts for after challenge and they are in the truck! She also got a personal pizza pie from Ledo Pizza! Admittedly I had a bite to taste it but that Was it. 1945-meal2-5bkocks-5oz chicken with 3 cups mixed veggies and 15 almonds. 20oz h2o, evening supplements,Clean food! 3.8oz sea bass stirfry w c carrots and 2x baby bok choy! 20 gr avocado and 2 small homemade pickles! |
