0615-snack 1-1 block, hb egg, Tbsp guacamole, 1/2 cup pineapple
0700-missed AMRAP WOD on account of a fire call
0915-meal1-3blox-3 eggs with 3 tbsp guacamole, clementine and 5 carrot stix
1230- made it to the lunch express WOD nice to see the lunch bunch crowd!
1400-Meal2-3blox-3oz turkey breast, 9 big olives, 6 dates
On the road working late...took food with me:
1700-snack2-2 blox-2oz chicken breast, 2 Mac nuts, apple
2000-snack3-2blox-2oz chicken breast, 2 Mac nuts, cup grapes.
Drank 96oz h2o at least but crazy day. Got home after 2300hrs loooong day!
