Slept 5 hours up early for work, couldn't go to 0700 WOD
Snack1@0630, 1 block hb egg, 3 olives, 1/2cup pineapple
Meal1@1000, 4 blocks, 3oz chicken sausage, 2 eggs and onions, 12 almonds and an apple.
Made the 1230 lunch express WOD...that prowler sucks the life right out of you!
Meal 2@1600, 3 blocks, 3oz chicken breast, 9 almonds, grapes
1800 walked a mile with da wife, then ran 400m at the end of the walk.
Meal3@2000, 4 blocks 6 oz smoked salmon, 2 cups spaghetti squash with garlic infused olive oil and 1 cup grapes
