Slept 6.5 hours up at 0630 and made the 0700 WOD. Couldn't run more than 100m with the medicine ball. Cash out was 5k row, completed in 22min30sec. Not bad but Esther had to finish in under 22...figures.

Drank 96oz h2o all day, took supplements including betastax before morning meal
