1-3:30pm took a nap
4:30pm Dinner
-2 oz steak (2 blocks protein)
- 1 c tomatoes, 1 peach (2 blocks carbs)
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds (2 blocks fat)

Did not eat much today, just didn't feel like it...
Tool multivitamins, fish oil, vitamins C and D.
