Mid day meal: green salad w 4.5 oz wild salmon, mini pickles, 1/2 pack coconut butter, about 1/4 grapefruit
Drink: c heated homemade golden milk (feeling very cold. c homemade coconut milk, ginger, cinn, turmeric, vanilla and tsp Evco)
