AM Meal: salmon,/kale muffins, 1.5 oz smoked salmon, 1/2 c sweet potato/apple/pear bake w small amount evco, 1/2 c cukes and T avocado with my puerh tea (3 blocks)--also adding in 1/4 c sauerkraut (probiotics!)
