PWO Shake w 3/4c strawberries
Lunch: green salad w 2oz London Broil, 1/2c winter squash, 1/2c kale w 2 apricots
Dinner: green salad, 4oz smoked salmon, 1/3c wh sweets, 1/2c mix strawberries/blueberries w T coconut flakes
