Early am tea
8: more tea, t avo oil, 3 oz tuna, 1/2 c carrots, 2 large handfuls kale, 2 small piece fermented yellow squash (2 blocks)
12:30 PWO shake w supps, 1 eggs (small), 1/2 c carrots (1 block)
2:15 2 pickles (homemade), tsp avocado oil, 3 mini eggs, green salad, 1/3 c yautia (2 blocks)
2.6oz ground jerky, evco pack, peach, 1/3 c yautia (less than 2 blocks pro)
