no gym went to visit camps
8am - 3 block 3 eggs 1 cup berries 3 tbsp avocado.
10am - 2 hard boiled eggs, orange, 10 olives
12pm - lunch 4 oz chicken 2 cups strawberry, lettuce 4 tbsp avocado
7pm - 6 oz raw fish, 3 cups strawberry, 20 olives
water 180 oz
