Chicken,egg, sweet potato
This day In a row at AMRAP stone carry and jump ropes which I suck at! Breakfast at 0845 was 4 blocks- 2 eggs 3oz chicken sausage with onions and cashews And a banana Snack no pic sorry 1oz beef jerky, 3 almonds and 1/2 cup grapes Dinner at 1900 was 5 blocks 7.5oz chicken meatballs with mushrooms and onions, broccoli and red cabbage. 2 tbsp guacamole AMRAP at 0700 ugh burpees but when I do them I look like a wounded goose. Breakfast at 1000 due to a fire call after AMRAP. 3 eggs with broccoli, onions and mushrooms, 1/2 avocado and a pear Lunch at 1430 was 4 blocks, 4oz salmon, 12 olives, broccoli, 1/2 cup raspberries Dinner at 1815 3oz salmon burger, 2 oz skirt steak with 12 cashews, red cabbage wedges Beef, onions, spinach, eggs Eggs,beef, spinach and onions 7 blocks protien, 10.5 blocks fat, 1.5 block carbs AM meal is a hodgepodge of leftovers (mostly) totaling 3 blocks 2 salmon kale muffins, 1.5oz salmon, 1/4c beet greens fermented, T avocado and 1/2c roasted (in Evco and spices) white sweet potato/pear/green apple Post trainining snack Shake w supps/1/3c frozen cherries and 1/2c carrots in a water base W/ an ounce of my ground beef jerky Mid day meal: green salad w 4.5 oz wild salmon, mini pickles, 1/2 pack coconut butter, about 1/4 grapefruit Drink: c heated homemade golden milk (feeling very cold. c homemade coconut milk, ginger, cinn, turmeric, vanilla and tsp Evco) |
